Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

1.   Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

2.   In order to process a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.   Various types of products are exempt from return. Gas products cannot be returned.

4.   Various types of products are exempt from return. Refrigeration products (Gas 404-A – 410A) and electronic parts cannot be returned.

5.   To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or purchase invoice.

6.   Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within around 20 days.

7.   Delay in refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. After making sure that the sum has not yet arrived, contact your bank. It may take a few days for the refund to appear officially. If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to YOUR E-mail: sc@jaybeindustrial.com

8.   Changes. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sc@JAYBEINDUSTRIAL.COM and send your item to: 721 old salem rd, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, 37129, USA.

9.   Shipping costs to return your item are the responsibility of the Customer.

10. Depending on where you ship from, the time it takes for your returned product to arrive may vary.
